Super Fluffy Maple Cardamom Pancakes with Sliced Pear and Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Additional items
- Coconut oil for cooking
- Sliced pear for topping
- Pecans for topping
- Additional maple syrup for serving
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Heat a bit of coconut oil and add 1/4 cup batter.
Cook until golden on each side.
Serve pancakes with more maple syrup, sliced fruit of choice and pecans.
