Super Fluffy Maple Cardamom Pancakes with Sliced Pear and Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Additional items

  • Coconut oil for cooking
  • Sliced pear for topping
  • Pecans for topping
  • Additional maple syrup for serving

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Heat a bit of coconut oil and add 1/4 cup batter.

  4. Cook until golden on each side.

  5. Serve pancakes with more maple syrup, sliced fruit of choice and pecans.
