Fresh and Filling Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Green apple
- Walnuts
- Raisins
- Tomatoes
- Yellow pepper
- Cucumber
- Crispy chickpeas
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
Preparation
Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly
Chop lettuce, tomatoes, yellow pepper, cucumber, and green apple into bite-sized pieces
If crispy chickpeas are not pre-prepared, consider them ready-to-use or prepare by roasting if needed, but assume added as is
Combine all chopped ingredients, walnuts, and raisins in a large salad bowl
