Fruit to Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk+1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
Preparation
Preparation mix everything and let it sit for at least 15 minutes
Preheat the pan to medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil
Add a spoonful of batter to the pan and let it cook on the pan for about 1 minute or till looks dry on the top, flip it over, cook for additional 30 sec
Transfer on the plate and continue with the rest of the batter
