Vegan Gluten-Free Beet Pancakes
Ingredients
- 140g white rice flour
- 40g cornstarch
- 30g sugar
- 7g baking powder
- 3g baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 70g raw beetroot
- 220g mylk
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 60g unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
In a blender, blend all the ingredients together.
Place a non stick pan on medium heat, grease the surface with oil and pour 2 tbsp of the batter.
When the surface is almost dry, flip it and cook for 1 more minute.
