Vegan Gluten-Free Beet Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 140g white rice flour
  • 40g cornstarch
  • 30g sugar
  • 7g baking powder
  • 3g baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 70g raw beetroot
  • 220g mylk
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 60g unsweetened applesauce

Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Place a non stick pan on medium heat, grease the surface with oil and pour 2 tbsp of the batter.

  3. When the surface is almost dry, flip it and cook for 1 more minute.
