Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen ripe banana
  • Large handful of mixed greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc)
  • 1 serving spirulina (1 tablespoon) - we always use Spiraveg brand
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower (we used riced cauliflower)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2/3-3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for a thicker consistency than a smoothie

  2. Pour the thick smoothie mixture into your favorite bowl and add your favorite toppings
