Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 large frozen ripe banana
- Large handful of mixed greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc)
- 1 serving spirulina (1 tablespoon) - we always use Spiraveg brand
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower (we used riced cauliflower)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2/3-3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for a thicker consistency than a smoothie
Pour the thick smoothie mixture into your favorite bowl and add your favorite toppings
