Naturally Blue Chia Parfaits
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Toppings
- lime soy yoghurt
- granola
- kiwi
- blueberries
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.
Stir every 3 minutes to avoid lumps.
Serve with lime soy yoghurt, granola, and fruits.
