Naturally Blue Chia Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Toppings

  • lime soy yoghurt
  • granola
  • kiwi
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.

  2. Stir every 3 minutes to avoid lumps.

  3. Serve with lime soy yoghurt, granola, and fruits.
