Oil-Free Blueberry Hemp Vinaigrette for Salads

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 1 pitted date

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients well until a creamy dressing is formed.

  2. Store in the fridge up to one week.
