Quick Chocolate Mint Oats with Fruits

Ingredients

  • Oats 1/4 cup
  • Almond milk 1 cup or more depending on consistency
  • Chocolate mint essence 1/2 tsp
  • Flaxseeds 1 tsp
  • Chia seeds 1 tsp
  • Homemade Chia Seeds Berry Compote
  • Cacao powder 2 tsp
  • Peanut butter 2 tsp
  • Raw agave 2 tsp or Maple syrup
  • Fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. In a pan on medium heat, add oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and almond milk. Mix well and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.

  2. Once cooked, add chocolate mint essence and mix well.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and add chia seeds berry compote, peanut butter, and fresh fruits.
