Quick Chocolate Mint Oats with Fruits
Ingredients
- Oats 1/4 cup
- Almond milk 1 cup or more depending on consistency
- Chocolate mint essence 1/2 tsp
- Flaxseeds 1 tsp
- Chia seeds 1 tsp
- Homemade Chia Seeds Berry Compote
- Cacao powder 2 tsp
- Peanut butter 2 tsp
- Raw agave 2 tsp or Maple syrup
- Fresh fruits of your choice
Preparation
In a pan on medium heat, add oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and almond milk. Mix well and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
Once cooked, add chocolate mint essence and mix well.
Transfer to a bowl and add chia seeds berry compote, peanut butter, and fresh fruits.
