Quick Instant Naan Bread
Ingredients
- 130g oat flour
- 130g self raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 130g coconut yoghurt or plain
- 1 tsp avocado oil to bind
- Water
- Black sesame seeds
- Chopped coriander
- Butter
Preparation
Knead all the ingredients together, add milk gradually until desired consistency
Lastly knead with a bit of oil, cover the dough and let it rest for best results
You can use it immediately if needed
Heat a frying pan, preferably a lightweight one like a tawa
Roll out your naan sprinkling black sesame seeds and coriander
Wet the base of the naan with water and place it on the hot pan with the watered side down
Cook for a few seconds then flip your pan over the flames
Let it brown, checking regularly that it doesn’t burn
