Sausage and Beans on Fried Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Baked beans
  • Vegetarian sausages
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Fry the white bread slices in a little rapeseed oil until golden brown.

  2. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave until warmed through.

  3. Cook the vegetarian sausages according to package instructions or until heated through.

  4. Arrange the sausages and beans on top of the fried bread slices.

  5. Season with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
