Vegetarian Sausage and Beans on Fried Bread

Ingredients

  • Morrisons black pepper and sea salt bloomer bread
  • Asda baked beans
  • Vegetarian sausages
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Pan-fry the bread until golden.

  2. Cook the vegetarian sausages until done.

  3. Heat the baked beans and simmer longer if needed to thicken the sauce.

  4. Season with chives, chilli flakes, and sea salt.

  5. Serve the sausages and beans on top of the fried bread.
