Simple Pasta Salad with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 200-250 g small pasta, such as elbows
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green cucumber
  • 200 g ham
  • 100 g yellow cheese
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon thick sour cream
  • herbes de Provence
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in lightly salted water and drain.

  2. Cook the eggs hard-boiled and cut them into cubes.

  3. Cut the red bell pepper into small cubes.

  4. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and cut into smaller pieces.

  5. Drain the corn from its liquid.

  6. Cut the cheese and ham into small cubes.

  7. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.

  8. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside to chill.
