Spicy Salted Squid with Petai Beans
Ingredients
- 250g salted squid
- 100g peeled petai beans
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion stalk
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 tbsp ground chili
- 3 curly red chilies
- 3 large green chilies
- 8 bird's eye chilies
- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp mushroom seasoning
- 75ml vegetable oil
Preparation
Soak and wash the salted squid until clean
Slice all the ingredients and set aside
Heat the oil, sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add the ground chili and all the sliced ingredients, and stir well
Add the salted squid, petai beans, sugar, and mushroom seasoning to taste, stir well, and adjust the seasoning
Remove from heat and serve
