Vegan Bowl with Chili Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients
- Lamb's lettuce
- Cucumber rolls
- Half an avocado
- Broccoli sprouts
- Radish
- Tomato slices sprinkled with cracked tellicherry pepper
- Pine nuts
- Sriracha mayo
Chili cheese potato
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Wash potatoes carefully and cut into chunks.
Mix a marinade using oil, soy sauce, sriracha, nutritional yeast, and black pepper, then coat the potato chunks with it.
Place on the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until browned.
Assemble all bowl ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
