Vegan Butternut Cashew Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1/3 cup soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (optional, omit if sensitive tummy)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons liquid (water, bone broth, or nut milk of choice)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
