Fluffy Ombre Pancakes with Berries and Syrup

Ingredients

Dry

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • Handful of strawberries and blackberries

Wet

  • 2.5 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients

  2. On medium heat, use an ice cream scoop or large spoon to dish out the batter into 5 inch circles

  3. Cook until you start to see bubbling, then flip them to the other side

  4. Top them with the strawberries, blackberries and maple syrup then serve
