Pink Vegan Pancakes with Banana

Ingredients

  • 2 dl flour
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder

  3. Add the oatmilk and coconut oil to the mashed banana, then combine with the dry ingredients to form a batter

  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of oil

  5. Pour portions of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
