Pink Vegan Pancakes with Banana
Ingredients
- 2 dl flour
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder
Add the oatmilk and coconut oil to the mashed banana, then combine with the dry ingredients to form a batter
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of oil
Pour portions of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
