Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Salad Prep
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chicken (breasts or thighs)
- 1/2 jar salsa verde
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup of water/broth
Preparation
Mix the chicken with salsa verde, taco seasoning, and water or broth in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Sauté peppers and onions in a cast iron pan.
Assemble the mixture into to-go containers to complete the salad prep.
