Chicken in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 chicken, boiled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • Oil as needed

Preparation

  1. Heat oil, add garlic until golden brown. Add tomatoes and stir until wilted.

  2. Add chicken pieces, water, tomato sauce, and salt.

  3. Let it simmer on low heat until water reduces, then remove from heat.

  4. Serve the chicken in tomato sauce.

Notes

  1. Allergy to chicken meat does not necessarily mean allergy to chicken eggs, though some cases of Bird-Egg Syndrome exist due to proteins in egg yolk and chicken meat.
