Spicy Vegan Plant-Based Beef Chilli
Ingredients
- 250g plant-based beef mince
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 plant-based stock cube
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 spring onions
- 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 fresh chilli
- 1 packet of microwave rice
Preparation
Preheat the wok with a little oil
Add the plant-based mince, break it up and fry until brown and crispy
Add in the remaining beef ingredients, stir well and fry for an additional 2 minutes
Serve with your rice, prepared according to the instructions on the packet
