Spicy Vegan Plant-Based Beef Chilli

Ingredients

  • 250g plant-based beef mince
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 plant-based stock cube
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 1 packet of microwave rice

Preparation

  1. Preheat the wok with a little oil

  2. Add the plant-based mince, break it up and fry until brown and crispy

  3. Add in the remaining beef ingredients, stir well and fry for an additional 2 minutes

  4. Serve with your rice, prepared according to the instructions on the packet
