Sticky Vegan Meatballs with Basmati Rice
Ingredients
- 200 g vegan balls
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- chili flakes to taste
- 150 g uncooked rice
Preparation
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the balls briefly.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil and chili flakes.
Add to the balls and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the balls with the rice and garnish with coriander and lime wedges.
