Spicy Orange Tofu Bowl

Ingredients

  • tofu (quantity not specified)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (plus more for drizzle)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Preparation

  1. Marinate the tofu for 30 minutes, then roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a nonstick pan and place the roasted tofu in it.

  3. Add the remaining marinade to the pan and toss to combine.

  4. Add the mixture to rice and vegetables, and don't forget to spice it up.
