Vegan Teriyaki Stir-Fry with Wholewheat Noodles

Ingredients

  • No Bull teriyaki strips
  • Red onion
  • Mangetout
  • Garlic
  • Purple carrot
  • Yellow carrot
  • Broccoli
  • Spring onion
  • Chilli
  • Wholewheat noodles

Preparation

  1. Cook the No Bull teriyaki strips from frozen according to package directions

  2. Chop the vegetables including red onion, mangetout, garlic, purple and yellow carrots, broccoli, spring onion, and chilli

  3. Stir-fry the chopped vegetables in a hot pan until tender-crisp

  4. Add the cooked teriyaki strips to the pan and stir to combine, incorporating the sauce

  5. Cook the wholewheat noodles separately according to package instructions and serve with the stir-fry
