Cashew Mac and Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cold water
- Salt
- Lots of pepper
- Optional green peas
- Optional chilli flakes
Preparation
Soak the cashews for a few hours in cold water, then drain and rinse.
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together.
Heat up the sauce in a pan over medium heat and pour over your cooked pasta or veggies.
