Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps Meal
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- sprinkle of salt
- tortillas
- dairy-free nacho cheese
Preparation
Flatten the chicken breasts before cooking to ensure quicker cooking and always check the internal temperature.
Cook 2 chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat in olive oil for 15 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
Shred the cooked chicken using two forks in a bowl.
Coat the shredded chicken with 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 cup hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt.
Heat a few tortillas until warm but not crispy.
Warm the dairy-free nacho cheese.
Wrap the coated chicken with the warm nacho cheese in the tortillas.
Use ranch or regular cheese as alternatives if desired.
