Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps Meal

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • sprinkle of salt
  • tortillas
  • dairy-free nacho cheese

Preparation

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts before cooking to ensure quicker cooking and always check the internal temperature.

  2. Cook 2 chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat in olive oil for 15 minutes total, flipping halfway through.

  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks in a bowl.

  4. Coat the shredded chicken with 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 cup hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt.

  5. Heat a few tortillas until warm but not crispy.

  6. Warm the dairy-free nacho cheese.

  7. Wrap the coated chicken with the warm nacho cheese in the tortillas.
