Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp onion
  • Sprinkle of salt

Preparation

  1. Mash the chickpeas with a fork or chop them in a food processor to keep them chunky.

  2. Add the mashed chickpeas to a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix everything together well with a spatula.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased ramekin or small baking dish.

  5. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, celery, carrots, or other desired dippers.

Tips

  1. This recipe makes a small batch; double the ingredients for a larger serving.
