Easy Vegan Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Dash of turmeric powder
  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions

  3. Mix the sauce with the cooked macaroni and serve
