Honey Lemon Grilled Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block (450g) firm tofu
- Half of a lemon
- 4 tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Preparation
Mix the lemon juice, agave, tamari, and vinegar together and set aside
Drain the water from your block of tofu
Slice your tofu into 2-inch slices and then cut them diagonally
In a medium-high heat griddle pan, grill all of your pieces for 2 minutes on each side
Coat your pieces with the honey lemon dressing and serve
