Honey Lemon Grilled Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block (450g) firm tofu
- Half of a lemon
- 4 Tbsp agave nectar (maple syrup works too)
- 1 tsp Tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Preparation
Mix the lemon juice, agave, tamari, and vinegar together and set aside.
Drain the water from your block of tofu.
Slice your tofu into 2-inch slices and then cut them diagonally.
In a medium-high heat griddle pan, grill all of your pieces for 2 minutes on each side.
Coat your pieces with the honey lemon dressing and serve.
