How I Cook My Tofu
Ingredients
- 1/3 block firm tofu
- 2-3 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1-2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- a generous crack of black pepper
Preparation
Squeeze water out of tofu to ensure spices can soak in and enhance flavor.
Cut tofu into desired size, coat with tamari, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and black pepper. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Place marinated tofu on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C for 20-22 minutes.
