Nutritious Broccoli Fritters for Kids

Ingredients

  • 100g broccoli
  • 30g grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 5 tbsp plain flour
  • avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Add steamed or boiled broccoli to a food processor along with the cheese, flour, and nutritional yeast.

  2. Heat the avocado oil over medium heat and add the mixture to the pan to form fritters.

  3. Cook on each side for a few minutes until slightly golden.

  4. Serve.

Tips
