Simple Quick Italian Focaccia Bites

Ingredients

  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 15 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 180 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 g instant yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, water, instant yeast, salt, and oil.

  2. Let the dough rest for about ten minutes.

  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

  4. Cut out the focaccine using a cookie cutter.

  5. Cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes per side, with the lid on, until lightly golden.

  1. Focaccine are ready to be stuffed and enjoyed hot.
