Simple Quick Italian Focaccia Bites
Ingredients
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 15 g extra virgin olive oil
- 180 ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 15 g instant yeast
Preparation
Mix flour, water, instant yeast, salt, and oil.
Let the dough rest for about ten minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Cut out the focaccine using a cookie cutter.
Cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes per side, with the lid on, until lightly golden.
Tips
Focaccine are ready to be stuffed and enjoyed hot.
