Vegan Maki Roll with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

  • basmati rice
  • rice vinegar
  • cucumber
  • carrot
  • mango
  • avocado
  • yellow pepper
  • vegan skagenröra
  • seaweed rum
  • microgreens

Preparation

  1. Cook basmati rice with more water for a longer time to achieve a sticky texture

  2. Add a splash of rice vinegar to the cooked rice and mix well

  3. Prepare the fillings by slicing cucumber, carrot, mango, avocado, and yellow pepper into thin strips

  4. Assemble the maki roll by placing the rice and fillings on a nori sheet and rolling it tightly

  5. Top the roll with additional avocado, seaweed rum, microgreens, and vegan skagenröra

  6. Slice the roll into pieces and serve immediately
