Vegan Sriracha Tofu Meatless Balls

Ingredients

  • 400g or 14 oz firm tofu
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 Tbsp sriracha
  • 5 Tbsp tomato puree
  • a handful basil
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp paprika
  • 6 Tbsp all purpose flour

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a mixture.

  2. Form the mixture into balls.

  3. Fry the balls until golden brown.

  4. Bake at 180°C or 360°F for 15 minutes.
