Vegan Sriracha Tofu Meatless Balls
Ingredients
- 400g or 14 oz firm tofu
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 Tbsp sriracha
- 5 Tbsp tomato puree
- a handful basil
- salt, to taste
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 Tsp paprika
- 6 Tbsp all purpose flour
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together to form a mixture.
Form the mixture into balls.
Fry the balls until golden brown.
Bake at 180°C or 360°F for 15 minutes.
