Lemon and Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop @usnsa vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons apple sauce
  • soya milk (add until thick but not watery)
  • blueberries (for mixing in and topping)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Put the mixture in the microwave and cook until the top looks firm.

  3. Top with lemon zest and syrup.
