Lemon and Blueberry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop @usnsa vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons apple sauce
- soya milk (add until thick but not watery)
- blueberries (for mixing in and topping)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Put the mixture in the microwave and cook until the top looks firm.
Top with lemon zest and syrup.
