Simple Chicken and Vegetable Bowl

Ingredients

  • Unseasoned chicken thighs
  • Broccoli
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Bacon
  • Tomatoes
  • Chicken broth

Preparation

  1. Pressure cook unseasoned chicken thighs.

  2. Air fry broccoli.

  3. Roast sweet potatoes.

  4. Warm a portion of cooked chicken in a fry pan with a little broth.

  5. Assemble the bowl starting with broccoli, then add sweet potatoes, chicken with broth, and top with bacon and tomatoes.
