Air-Fried Chicken and Sweet Potato Bowl
Ingredients
- Spinach
- 4 oz chicken
- 190 g sweet potato
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 30 g avocado
- 6 g sesame oil
- chicken broth
Preparation
Air fry the chicken until cooked.
Air fry the sweet potato until tender.
Sauté the sugar snap peas in chicken broth until softened.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl: spinach, cooked chicken, cooked sweet potato, sautéed sugar snap peas, avocado, and sesame oil.
