Addictive Paleo Bread with Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2c almond flour (or meal)
  • 3/4c arrowroot
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4c grated zucchini

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together

  2. In a different bowl, mix the eggs and all other wet ingredients

  3. Combine ingredients, mix well, and pour into loaf tin

  4. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top, place in the oven for 35-38 minutes on 320 degrees

  5. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy
