Yogurt Banana Bread Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe bananas (1/2 cup mashed)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup cassava flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a loaf pan

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients

  3. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes

  4. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into slices
