Fresh Mushroom and Avocado Toast with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 200 g seasonal mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 big garlic clove, chopped
  • 2-3 spoons olive oil
  • Juice from half a lemon or lime
  • Fresh sourdough bread
  • Avocado
  • Pesto

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients on a warm pan and cook for 5-7 minutes over heat until soft and golden.

  2. Warm your sourdough toast.

  3. Add avocado and pesto on it.

  4. Spoon your mushrooms on top of the toast.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.
