Sourdough with Garlicky Smoky Butter Beans and Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 tin organic butter beans
- 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Sourdough bread to serve
Preparation
Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil.
Add the butter beans, chopped tomatoes, spinach, and smoked paprika, then simmer for a few minutes.
Serve on a slice of toasted sourdough.
