Tahini Grain Free Plant Based Bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup flax meal
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened pure applesauce
  • 1/3 c water (or more for dough consistency)
  • Sea salt to taste (I use pink Himalayan)
  • 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Mix all together.

  2. Add more water or avocado oil if your mixture is too dry.

  3. Spread into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
