Tahini Grain Free Plant Based Bread
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup flax meal
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp unsweetened pure applesauce
- 1/3 c water (or more for dough consistency)
- Sea salt to taste (I use pink Himalayan)
- 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Mix all together.
Add more water or avocado oil if your mixture is too dry.
Spread into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
