Crunchy Blueberry Breakfast Cookies with Nutritious Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 flax eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 5-7 drops monk fruit (or 1 tbsp maple)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Dash sea salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
