  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 5-7 drops monk fruit (or 1 tbsp maple)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • Dash sea salt
