Mexican Tortilla Bake
Ingredients
- Cooked mince
- 4 tortillas
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- Chopped coriander
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 cup tomato passata
Preparation
Defrost the mince in the refrigerator.
Add the drained black beans, chopped coriander, and tomato passata to the mince and mix well.
Layer the mixture with tortillas and cheese in an ovenproof dish, sprinkling cheese between layers and on top.
Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
Serve with guacamole.
