Easy Four Ingredient Bagel Donut Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups garbanzo flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup carbonated water
Optional add-ins
- spices
- salt
- everything bagel seasoning
- sweet vegan icing
- nut butter
- homemade Nutella
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until done.
Variations
For bagels, use a donut mold and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top, then serve with vegan butter or vegan cream cheese.
For donuts, add sweet vegan icing, nut butter, or homemade Nutella after baking.
For bread, bake in a loaf pan with lightly greased parchment paper for additional time.
