Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 medium overripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 flax eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup oatify
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 slab dairy-free chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a loaf pan.
Mash the bananas and mix the wet ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Chop up half of the chocolate and mix it into the wet ingredients.
Mix the two mixtures together.
Top with the other half of the chocolate and some chopped peanuts if desired.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a fan oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
