Sunday Smoothie Bowl with Avocado and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 125ml kefir
  • 1-2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • A splash of coconut milk

Boosters

  • 1 tsp Lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until thick and smooth.

  2. Scoop into your favorite bowl.

  3. Add some crunchy granola.

  4. Top with mini cashew bliss balls and strawberries.

  5. Dig in and enjoy.
