Immune Boosting Smoothie with Pineapple and Oats

Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh pineapple or frozen
  • 1 or 2 big handfuls of oats
  • 150 ml kefir
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small organic carrot
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
