Monday Recharge Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of oats
  • Small handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 apple
  • A small fennel bulb
  • 1 small handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 125ml of kefir
  • coconut milk (to cover)

Boosters

  • 1 tsp of lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients and boosters to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.
