Monday Recharge Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of oats
- Small handful of cashew nuts
- 1 apple
- A small fennel bulb
- 1 small handful of pumpkin seeds
- 125ml of kefir
- coconut milk (to cover)
Boosters
- 1 tsp of lucuma powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
Preparation
Add all ingredients and boosters to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
