Cacao Fueled Smoothie with Banana and Kefir
Ingredients
- 1 heaped tbsp of raw cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 200ml of kefir
- 1 apple
- a small handful of pumpkin seeds
- 1 small handful of almonds
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- almond milk (to cover)
Booster
- 1 tsp of maca powder
Preparation
Cover with almond milk and blitz until smooth
